This is just too gay for me.

To the people getting offended about them portraying “gay” stereotypes, I believe that was the point. The idea that is holding up DADT being repealed is that as SOON AS IT IS, the gays are going to pour through the gates and turn the military into something resembling this. I pretty sure this video is what we call satire.

The person who posted the video says, “I am NOT saying it IS ok to be gay in the military. I am not saying it's NOT OK.” So where did you get the idea that this supports gays in the military?

Please present documentation of your straightness, sirs. Oh, what's that? Making fun of gay stereotypes? Yeah, you guys are straight, you take care now.

I doubt the type of gay that they are trying to emulate is interested in the military. I doubt a bunch of club hoping drag queens want to join the armed forces.  Besides, there has always and will always be gays in every facet of life. They act like there is a visual marker to a gay. DUMB

Sad to see that the Army is perpetuating a cluster of stereotypes. Sad. Time to move along.

The description of the video on Youtube emphasizes that it is neither about supporting gays in the military or not supporting them, so I am not even sure what their original intention was.
