Two people have been charged with manslaughter after a London student died while bungee jumping in Spain, the BBC reported.
Kleyo De Abreu, 23, died when she jumped off Tablate Bridge in Lanjaron, Granada, on 21 July.
The fashion student, who lived in Brixton, had been in Granada visiting her aunt, who was watching the bungee jump.
The supervisor of the jump and the owner of an adventure company have been charged over her death, the Daily Mail reported.
A police report found that a single supervisor had been left to look after 14 people on the bridge, which was deemed "not enough" to guarantee safety.
It is believed De Abreu may have jumped before being told to while the supervisor went to tighten the ropes, due to a “lack of communication or understanding”, the BBC reported.
De Abreu is thought to have hit an ancient Roman bridge underneath the Tablate Bridge during her jump.
Her father, Bernard Atwell, told Press Association last week: "Every father will say this but she was very special, she was a very beautiful young woman who had all her life ahead of her.
"She was 23 years old but to me she will always be my little baby and I would very much like to make sure this doesn't happen again to anybody else."
