You remember Niia, the velvet-voiced singer/songwriter whose romanticized take on chamber pop and R&B took her from backup singer to solo star.
After releasing a string of strong and evocative teasers, her debut 6-track EP, Generation Blue, is out today. Produced with Robin Hannibal of Rhye, it sounds sumptuous and a little risqué, like a moonlit rendezvous with a secret lover.
To commemorate the release, Niia is premiering a sexy new video for lead single "Body" right here on BuzzFeed.
In the artfully shot black-and-white video, which could double as a Dior commercial, rabid dogs chase innocent rabbits, and a scantily clad Niia gets entangled with a chiseled lover.
But, as things heat up, it's her man who gets put in a compromising position.
