While our government stumbled over itself trying to recover from the fallout of his decisions, he managed to muster up and give exactly zero fucks.
He apparently routinely hangs out in exotic locations with supermodels, and generally exhibits a level of DGAF that would put the hardest hip-hoppers to shame.
