What Its Like Studying For Midterms In College, As Told By "The Office"

"Oh my god, my mind is going a mile an hour." — Michael Scott

Going out the weekend before, instead of studying like you're supposed to.

Trying to reach the word limit on those super fun midterm essays.

What you feel like after opening the textbook for the first time, like, all semester.

Trying the practice test after "studying" for 20 minutes, a.k.a. opening the book and sitting next to it while texting.

At 8 P.M. the night before, realizing that you probably should have gone to lecture more often.

When you've sat at the library for hours and start to get all bored and existential.

And midnight, when the stress starts to set in.

At 2 A.M. the night before the exam — well now, the day of the exam — when the combination of stress, caffeine high, and being overtired makes you do stupid shit.

4 A.M., when you're just accepting failure and contemplating the fact that life is fleeting.

And when you're going to hand in your midterm.
