While your friendship with your BFF may be entertaining, fun and daring like that of Bart and Millhouse, you have some work to do! Taking risks may be exciting once in a while but encouraging your friends to text and drive is not only dangerous for you, but also for them. Did you know that using a smartphone while driving quadruples your risk for a crash? Best friends are special people you want in your life forever. They are the people you make plans with, the people you talk to, and the people with whom you share the most important things. Remember: by telling your friend to focus on the road and not on their phone, you are showing them that you care and ensuring that you remain best friends forever.

Speaking up when you see a friend texting and driving not only makes you a leader but also helps ensure that you and your bestie remain best friends forever.
