    Steve Lipski -Jersey City Councilman

    Jersey City Councilman Steve Lipski was arrested for peeing on the crowd at a Grateful Dead tribute concert on Friday night. Lipski said he spilt a drink from the balcony, but employees of D.C's 9:30 club said they say they saw the newly elected councilman urinating on the crowd below.
