Phoenix Sherriff Joe Arpaio, known for putting prisoners in pink jumpsuits, and feeding them bologna sandwiches is coming to Fox Reality Channel. Smile! You're Under Arrest is described as a cross between PUNK'D and AMERICA'S MOST WANTED! Sounds like the participants may not be too happy with their 15 minutes of fame. Critics of Arpaio say the founder of "Tent City" has lost touch with reality....but the bottom line is...crime is down in the Phoenix area.
