RIAA Surrenders! No More Consumer File-Sharing Lawsuits!
The RIAA announced that it will stop suing individuals, and concentrate its efforts on halting music file-sharing in working with ISP's. Hopefully this will be good news for those currently being sued by the music industry organization. It is bad news for Artists and Composers- as it will decrease their income. Someone in the industry should have spoken up when they started releasing CD recordings that could be copied in the late 80's.
