Am I the only one who thinks is another one of MTV's staged moments to try to sensationalize their lame award shows that have dropped in the ratings massively every year. They have these crazy unexpected moments happen at the show then Viacom pulls every clip off of Youtube and Google making the hype over it go viral assuming that people will tune in next time so they don't miss these ridiculous staged events. Just ask Bruno and Eminem about it. Wake up people. You are getting played.
