Dell Computer realizes the frustration users have when calling customer service and getting someone in India or The Phillipines. Dell is now offering a service that guarantees you a English speaking American CSR. Dell Account Holders can subscribe to the service for $12.95 a month, and new Dell computer buyers can purchase the service for $99 for the year. What's next a charge per keystroke?
