Anti-bullying Booth Positioned Next to Bully Scarecrow at Fair
Bully scarecrow scaring passersby at a country fair, just feet away from anti-bullying program. The woman at the anti-bullying booth laughs at the children being bullied by the scarecrow, as well as a poor woman who is so startled she drops her fried dough on the man in front of her.
