Moshi_Moshi a year agoIt’s amazing how far they’ve gone but there’s so much more to be done. And it’s also difficult cause if you look at the last picture you can see how there’s still water. The tsunami pulling back eroded a lot of land so it’s been difficult to drain and the land elevation dropped.
