10 Things I Didn't Realize Before Relocating To America
As a kid, I grew up in England, living close to my Grandparents and extended family, but everything changed when my parents told me we were moving to America. At 14, It was hard to understand the impact it would have, I mean I knew things would be different, but I didn't really comprehend how life changing it would be. I pictured the typical american high school and transported myself to the set of mean girls. My friends and I laughed as we imagined my life if I were dating a "jock", attending american football games and eating corn dogs. However, looking back, I could never have prepared myself for the things that were about to happen:
