21 Unexpected Ways To Relieve Pain

When you’re ailing, you’ll try anything — even a nature hack. The worst thing that could happen is you end up reeking of raw garlic.

1. “Cupping”

2. For Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis

Eat ginger before taking ibuprofen. Ginger is an anti-inflammatory that significantly reduces the production of cytokines.

Accidentally touched a hot stove? Mustard helps numb and suck the heat out of minor burns. Use honey while it’s healing to prevent scars.
