In an episode of short-lived sitcom “Smart Guy” that aired in 1998, the Saints lead Indianapolis 54-3 in a fictional Super Bowl game. Wow, what are the odds? I mean, what are the odds that anyone even still watches this show?

  • The odds are 256-1 ((16-1)*(16-1)). Given how many sitcoms have used the Super Bowl as a plot device, I'd have to say this happens pretty much every year. I hope that somewhere there's an episode of “Small Wonder” or “Herman's Head” that predicted a Browns Super Bowl win in the near future, but I don't have my fingers crossed.
