This guy deserved everything coming to him. If the cops are politely asking you to do something, fucking do it. He put up an unreasonable amount of resist. Was he hurting anyone? No. But he was breaking the law, and he was given the opportunity many times to put his clothes back on, and when he was being cuffed he was fighting back. Why should the officers who tried to resolve this in a calm manner risk injury to themselves trying to fight the guy down? They simply shouldn't, and anyone who thinks this is brutality is an idiot.  I'm 33, have taken many drugs, still do, and am somewhat of a tree hugging peace going liberal. But this is simply a case of stupidity. Plane and simple, don't fuck with cops, especially if they are nice to you from the start. They should have kicked his ass more. Idiot. And law suit some responses say? No fucking way in hell after that video is watched. Won't even make within ten miles of a court.
