    Otter The Pit Bull, Professor

    Otter is quite possibly the happiest dog in the world and everyday is the BEST day of his life. He is president of a local fan club, head of the Pennypack Park Welcoming Committee, esteemed lecturer of "Special" Studies, and enjoys collecting bowties & spectacles, pack walking, laying on top of people, farting, and eating ice cubes.
