Obama: Putin Looks Like The Bored Kid In The Back Of The Classroom

In the same breath that Obama tried to explain his relationship with Putin as friendly, the President couldn't help but get a jab in there. He blamed the press for focusing on body language between the two instead of policy discussion but then compared Putin's stance to that of a bored kid.
