Costumed Town Crier Makes Our Favorite Royal Birth Announcement (Complete With Scroll)

Outside the Lindo wing of St. Mary's Hospital, where Kate Middleton gave birth to a healthy young prince this afternoon, we caught our favorite celebrator spreading word of the birth in an appropriately British get-up, complete with tri-corn hat and scroll. To our knowledge, he is not an official spokesman for the royal family.
