I guess the problem is that these guys are just getting old. Old and soft.

Drake vs Common
These two locked horns when Common implied Drake was soft for singing on his records with "Sweet". Let's get this straight, once Common is calling you soft, you've gotta take a long, hard, look at yourself. I mean, I've known training bras with more gangster nouse. Drake sort of responded on "Stay Schemin'" and so began the first underwhelming back-and-forth beef of 2012.
Frankly, either of them could have come out with the best diss verses in the history of cussing people, but I would still have struggled to give a shit. They're just not battle rappers are they? In fact, I think they'd probably get along; they could spend their weekends shopping for Egyptian cotton bed sheets and getting their stubble sculpted. — Via noisey.vice.com

A scary one this: Lil' Romeo took offence to Lil' Bow Wow bragging that he had more money than his Daddy, Master P, on "Fresh Azimiz". After some verbal sparring, things really picked up heat when Romeo decided to confront Bow Wow at the Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards WITH HIS DAD. At that point Bow Wow ran off and hid behind the legs of his security. The whole thing was a massive, regretful, humiliating pussy party. — Via noisey.vice.com
