1. Drab to Fab
Anne started to woo us back in 2001 with her debut film role as Mia Thermopolis in The Princess Diaries, in which she gave us perhaps one of the greatest movie montage makeovers ever made.
2002 and Anne lent her to the famous Studio Ghibli for the character of Haru Yoshioka in the English version of The Cat Returns.
3. Here she goes again!!
She reprised the role of Mia in 2004 and gave us another hi-jinks adventure in The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement. The film from which Prince William and Kate Middleton clearly took inspiration for their 2012 wedding…..
4. Ye Ha
Anne’s versatiliy as a actor started to come to light in 2005 when she put on her chaps to play Lureen Newsome Twist in Brokeback Mountain.
5. apples n pears
Anne went all British in 2007 and played, perhaps one of the greatest British female writers of all time, Jane Austen, in Becoming Jane.
6. Making a stand
Hathaway has always used her status to speak out for Human Rights and in 2007 she gave a speech at The Human Rights Campaign Gala, the largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender advocacy group and political action committee in the United States.
7. We will marry you!!
2008 and her intense portrayal as Kym Buchman in Rachel Getting Married, concretes her role in Hollywood as a multi versatile actor and earns her 8 Awards and 10 Nominations.
8. Let’s fight
In 2009 she went head to head with Kate Hudson and entertained us all in the light hearted film, Bride Wars.
9. Helping others
Anne has been a long time supporter of The Creative Coalition, a nonprofit, nonpartisan social and political advocacy organisation of the entertainment industry which aims to educate people within the entertainment industry on public matters such as First Amendment Rights.

10. Queen of ‘our’ Hearts
In 2012 she took on the role of The White Queen in Alice In Wonderland and successful pleased everyone’s inner child.
11. Addicted to Anne
Love and Other Drugs was her big feature for 2010, a screen adaption of a novel by Jamie Reidy.
12. Sharing the wealth
Anne is a regular contributor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, a nonprofit medical corporation leading pediatric treatment and research on children’s catastrophic diseases.

More recently in 2012 she took on the iconic role of Selina Kyle aka Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises.

15. ‘At The End Of The Day’ WE LOVE YOU
Her most recent release has her playing Fantine in the screen adaption of Les Misérables. I have not seen it yet but she has been nominated for a ridiculous amount of awards for it so i am sure it is as fabulous as everything else you touch Anne.
16. Forever giving
Following her wedding this year she announched that they would be splitting the money raised from selling the wedding photos between the following charities, Freedom to Marry, The American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and The Girl Effect
