    Trendy English retailer Selfridges' "nipple enhancers" have an alluring product description promising that "the natural look is back." Men love a bit of silicone. But what would you think if one of these fell off during a groping session? Not exactly sexy then, are they? Still, Selfridges claims that the "Body Perks nipple enhancers are the latest fashion accessory for your breasts," and I reckon they'd work just fine on manboobs too. Someone should send this woman a freebie pair. Only £9.95 / $14.
