1. Tavern in the Square Opening at the Victor Apartments at North Station

With seven current locations in Massachusetts, Bostonian’s are already familiar with this staple around town. But what many don’t know is that Tavern in the Square is poised to join the lively nightlife and bar scene outside of the TD Bank Garden. Almost complete, a new location is set to open in early September at 120 Beverly Street at The Victor, a luxury apartment community at North Station. Rumor has it, there will be outdoor seating, over 50 beers on tap, state-of-the-art flat screen and quad screen TV’s, as well as a unique menu featuring innovative comfort food.

2. Louie Bello Residency at Abby Lane in the Theatre District Every Wednesday Night

Residencies aren’t just for the likes of Britney Spears and Celine Dion in Vegas. Local talent Louie Bello plays a FREE two-hour set of modern throwbacks (JT, anyone?) and his own hits every Wednesday night from 8-10pm at Abby Lane. Louie has been belting it out all summer to crowds of 200+ fans and returns on September 3rd to continue his reign. Come for the music, stay for the food as Abby Lane’s Executive Chef Jason Santos of Hell’s Kitchen fame serves up great food and apps.

3. Private Booze Cruise with Friends on Seaport Water Taxi

Seaport Boston and the Seaport Hotel offer a water taxi departing from their dock and traveling to a variety of locations, including Logan Airport, the North End, Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market, the Boston Harbor Islands, Cambridge, and Charlestown.
