It’s a tragedy that this is being aired on Speed. I wish that deal with NBC was immediate. Then I’d get to see the race in HD as GOD and Ecclestone intended.

Should be interesting? I don’t watch F1 with any kind of investment, but my dad tells me that this track will be interesting. For other, more established tracks, the rubber from older races has permeated the tarmac, therefore providing more grip as cars go round. As this track is pretty much brand new, there’s nothing in the way of ingrained grip beyond the natural qualities of asphalt. i.e., there should be a lot of spinning out if the drivers get cocky. Which they will do, almost invariably.
