04-26-2012 - Woman calls SW staff member who is boarding passengers an Asshole so he follows her & calls a SW Staff Supervisor to step in which turns into an argument.
She later goes inside the SW Airplane quickly to tell her husband she is being rebooked. Her husband remained in his seat and did not get off.
