    Meet Dolly, France's Most Adorable, Albeit Slightly Disabled, Cat

    Dolly isn't just a regular Persian cat from the French countryside. The runt of the litter with some very clear developmental disabilities, she brings light to everyone's life around her with her good humor and kind demeanor. She's also ridiculously hilarious and adorable.

    Dolly basically spends her life with her toungue out, which makes her kind of adorable. Here she is, looking skeptical.

    The cuteness sometimes gets kind of unbearable.

    Dolly sometimes gets grumpy. It's rare, but it happens.

    Generally speaking she is just a happy, curious, tounguey kitty.

    This is where Dolly lives. It's in Aveyron, France, in the town of Milau. Amazing, isn't it?
