MTA Raising Subway Fares To $2.75

Ah, the price of being an uptown girl.

Beginning on March 22, it will now cost New Yorkers $2.75 to ride MTA subways and buses throughout the city. This is a $0.25 increase, but really, isn't that quarter worth it?

I mean, it basically cost that 25 cents to build this car, so imagine how many more spare cars we could have in New York!

Maybe those extra quarters will get us to Queens on the weekends!
