My mom had a Santa like #20, but it had a scarier face and creepy little rubber miget hands. It look like it was from the 50’s. It creeped me out for years, I use to punch it when I was kid I felt like it walked around the house when slept. I think something ” happened” to it one year and it’s not around anymore

Let’s not forget Aucklands creepy santa, who goes up over the main bookstore downtown every. single. year. Despite being subject to constant ridicule, New Zealand still proudly puts him up each year without fail. I used to live across from him - no wonder Aucklanders usually go camping away from town for Christmas.
