2. Shena was eventually arrested and tried in court. As punishment, a Cleveland Municipal Court judge ordered her hold an “idiot” sign for one hour on Tuesday and Wednesday. Here are those pictures:

Chris Futrell 7 months agoAlthough I completely disagree with what she did, why is no one talking about how this is cruel and unusual punishment?! How can a judge “make” someone do this?! There is no difference between this and when they would place someone into a pillory during the middle ages! It’s public humiliation.

Daniel R. 7 months agoI’m not a fan of “creative” punishment. Should have gotten one count of attempted murder per child per day that she passed. If not attempted murder, than at least reckless endangerment and disregard for human life. It’s only dumb luck that she didn’t kill a kid; while the sign may be amusing, it seems to lack justice. A scarlet letter may have worked for the Puritans, but this girl clearly doesn’t give a damn.
