I don't see why demanding a free meal should get you one. If all those other places give you a free entree for your birthday than just got there. He didn't even ask nicely, he just complained that he's poor and wanted pity. What about all the other poor people? Buzzfeed needs to pick their battles more carefully. I do wish the guy a happy birthday though, hope he enjoys his free lobster.

A couple minutes ago on Red Lobster's facebook,  “this is robert mills, thank all of you for your responses. i am still waiting to hear from red lobster in redding calif. this really made my birthday by everyone polite kind reply's i am so grateful.. but i am still waiting to hear from red lobster.” YAY.

I hate it that I had to work today… I could have gotten free IHop?! :(
