Here's my 2¢…. First of all, of course jurors are free to discuss court deliberations AFTER the trial. Why do you think so many ex-jurors come out with books or appear on talk shows after a trial ends? Freedom of speech. As long as they don't do it DURING the trial, they can be penalized. Anyway if he wasn't guilty he'd have fought tooth & nail to prove his innocence rather than settling for a whopping $20+ million. You're telling me that if you KNOW you're not guilty about something, you'd agree to pay ANY amount of money just to make it disappear? I don't think so buddy. Finally, the fact is that nobody will ever know either way unless some type of evidence magically appears sometime in the future. Best performace was getting over on the jury in his SECOND abuse case. truthfull wellwisher seems to forget he was caught TWICE.
