Over the course of his long and incredibly successful career, Gary Player won 24 events on the PGA tour, including nine majors. The 77-year-old South African is a man of many nicknames, including The Ambassador of Golf, The Black Knight, and, most importantly, Mr. Fitness. According to a WSJ article in 2011, the 5-foot-7-inch legend was still doing 1,000 push ups and sit ups every morning — meaning he's in better shape than people a quarter his age.
Mr. Fitness's naked body will be gracing the pages of ESPN The Magazine's Body Issue, and rightfully so. The naked 77-year-old more than holds his own in the same pages as twentysomething physical specimens like the 49ers' Colin Kaepernick and the Mets' Matt Harvey.
