Twice, I have had FedEx delivery people walk up to my door, not knock or ring the doorbell and place notices on my door saying that no one was home and that I should pick the item up at one of their retrieval points. Both times I was on my way to the door because I was keeping an eye out for the packages. The second time, the delivery driver ran back to the truck hoping that I would not see him. I operate a mail order business and will not use them after those incidents.
