The Food Pyramid may not be the official American cheat sheet for what to eat anymore, that honor now goes to the Nutrition Plate, but that doesn't mean it's completely useless.

In fact, the Food Pyramid is a great guide to use when constructing a rap playlist. It's actually really easy to construct a quality playlist using the Food Pyramid as your guide because rappers love food slang.
