Martha Stewart Thinks Gwyneth Paltrow Should Be Quiet And Stick To Acting

Tell us how you really feel, Martha.

In a recent interview with Porter magazine, DIY queen Martha Stewart had some choice words for Gwyneth Paltrow, Page Six reports.

"[Paltrow] just needs to be quiet," Stewart reportedly told the magazine about the actress and founder of Goop. "She's a movie star. If she were confident in her acting, she wouldn't be trying to be Martha Stewart."

Stewart, who spent five months behind bars in 2004 and 2005, also sounded off on Taylor Schilling, star of the Netflix prison drama Orange Is The New Black.

"They could have done that so much better. That girl is not good enough, the lead actress," Stewart said. "I met the real Piper [Kerman]. She was in prison either the same time or after me, and I talked to her about it."

Last but not least? Facebook COO and Lean In author Sheryl Sandberg — who Martha also didn't entirely agree with.

"Too much time is spent..." said Stewart. "Isn't 'leaning in' spending a lot of time? ...I think being entrepreneurial is something women should strive for, rather than working up the corporate ladder."
