Engineer Labors Twenty Years To Build Rotating/Descending Hobbit-esque House
It was a labor of love that took twenty years to complete, but an engineer in the Czech Republic has finally finished building his dream house: one that can rotate 360 degrees to capture varying amounts of sunlight or even fully descend into the hillside in order to cool down on especially hot days. It's what a Hobbit would have built with modern technology.
