5 Year-Old Girl Caught With Marijuana At School
Police are trying to figure out why a five year-old girl would bring a two small bags of marijuana to school in West Kensington Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The girl's 24 year-old mother was questioned by police of the SVU unit and then released. A social worker with the Department of Human Services paid a visit to the family's home later that night to open a case on the incident.
