You told the North Pacific that you were studying at Harvard University, when you were in fact an 8 year old troll from Montana. Democratically elected by the North Pacific region - you first served the region with distinction, before getting bored and deciding to purge.  
Getting the North Pacific down to simply hundreds of nations is one of your favourite "achievements". You're now a prolific couper, having been involved in coups of other major regions.  
You even founded an imperialist region that gave us Cormac Stark, Isidor, and Koth, just to assist you with your rogue endeavours. Despite all the chaos you create, the North Pacific still loves you.  
Trolling the UDL Convention with Bokeryville, professing your love for Donald Trump, or announcing that you don't believe abortions exist are all more modern examples of your are all more modern examples of your contributions to NationStates.  
Your trolling is an art form, and your disciples are many.

You are Blue Wolf II! The North Pacific Coup that never happened!  
You couldn't help but tell everyone about your plans for significant reform by any means necessary - so much so that your planned coup was the worst kept secret in the entire Gameplay Community at the time.  
The Security Council so close on your heels, you just weren't able to find the time or opportunity to go rogue.

Blue Wolf II

You were a long time member of the region - well respected, admired, and popular amongst the people. You won your election easily and it looked as though your term would be positive.  
Then of course you were left with absolutely no alternative! The region was having activity issues, and instead of meaningfully reforming or promoting activity you went rogue!  
You can justify anything in the name of activty, right? Right? Supported by foreign allies from Equilism and Gatesville you formed the Crimson Order, a regime that produced a fanatical fan following. You inspired great literature by the God Flemingovia, and all but ensured his ascension to the rank of God.  
You continue to fight for activity everywhere! No region is safe! No coup too immoral! Activity will prevail!

Westwind/Lewis and Clark

You are Pixiedance! You have a hot temper and it doesn't take much to push your buttons. You were busy fighting to protect the region from the evil Allied Defence Network who were clearly a threat to your hold on the region- uh I mean to TNP Democracy!  
Being called Hitler was the last draw, you had to overthrow the government. People lost track of you after that. Nobody really knew who was controlling you or what you were doing - four or more forums later, and your reign was over. You were completely out of control!  
In a fireball wreckage, just as it had started. You then left to create your own region (The Lexicon) and used it to fight a proxy war against the North Pacific.  
That didn't end so well, though, did it?

Pixiedance

You are Ivan Moldavi! The conqueror of Pixiedance! Though you are the only person who says that.  
A famous manipulator, you were able to play Cathyy and her band of co-conspirators and bend them to your will. Exploiting her friendships and insecurities, you convinced her to grant you access to her nation, which you took with glee.  
Turning your Iron fist to the North Pacific, you instituted a new regime, a new forum, and suppressed and banned all opponents.  
When it became clear you were losing the battle, you quickly passed the nation away, claiming you were "bored". Nobody is sure whether you even believe that yourself.  
You're famous for claiming duality on any and every issue. You can do whatever you like as long as you change your name often enough. Right?

Ivan Moldavi/Gracius Maximus

Just as your name describes, you are completely and utterly insane and power hungry individual.  
No depth is too low, nothing is too high a price to achieve the power you desire. You were Cathyy's sidekick and attack dog for some of the most bitter battle of words in the history of the region. You will do whatever it takes.  
The Government of the North Pacific should thank you, Insane Power. For without your ineptitude and self-implosion in TNP and the Lexicon, we might have had a fight on our hands!

Insane Power

Dalimbar, Lady Anastasia, sweet summer child. You were a popular and well loved figure in the North Pacific. Elected Delegate after serving in a variety of posts, the region had high hopes for your reign.  
You faced a difficult government and were constantly at odds with your Prime Minister and members of the cabinet. You went rogue early in your term, keeping bannings to a minimum, and announcing your demands to the government.  
You at first welcomed foreign support from Gatesville and others, but quickly this eroded, and you demanded they leave the region.  
You later conceded power to the Government, and were welcomed back into the North Pacific, and once again went on to be elected Delegate a few years later.  
You are now primarily associated with the Empire, and your positive contributions to the North Pacific are mostly forgotten.

Dali

You are Emperor Matthuis! You were elected Vice Delegate on a number of occassions before seizing the Delegacy from Great Bights Mum on two occasions.  
The first time, you came too early, lost your nerve, and were left awkwardly standing in the corner of the room wondering what had happened. Power was quickly returned to the elected Delegate.  
The second time, filled with hot blood, passion, and over-confidence, you fired into the Delegacy again. Telling the region "watch this" you quickly banned so many nations that you lost the Delegacy yourself, before being sent to the Rejected Realms by Great Bights Mum. There you were, just as awkward as ever, and still the region had no idea what had happened.

Emperor Matthuis

One of the earliest rogue Delegates in the history of the North Pacific, you brought with you a bad reputation, and a potty mouth.   
You were not elected Delegate, having seized power by an in-game coup against the sitting Delegate.   
You were obsessed with talking like a Pirate, and with making nations walk the plank to the rejected realms.   
Many characters were created during this period including "Great Bights Mum", a nation who would go on to be Delegate multiple times, who was forced to punish and discipline you for your misbehavior.  
Kicked from the UN and then restored, The North Pacific was finally liberated by the historic puppet master liberation, and while some aspects of the pirate culture remained, your dictatorial regime did not.

Great Bight

You were never elected Delegate either, but instead you seized power after the old Delegate had accidentally ceased to exist. You are widely considered the most honourable 'rogue' delegate we've had, refusing to ban any nations who didn't endorse you.  
You were brought into the conflict by Cathyy and Insane Power from the Lexicon, hoping that this would win them their war. It didn't, and you ensured that - with the shortest reign of any rogue delegate in the history of the North Pacific.
