We should not give this idiot any more of our attention. Seriously, the last thing we want is for him to become 2009's Sarah Palin.

Our health care system should cover all who enter our country,including illegal immigrants. Where would we all be if there were no immigrants? The Native Americans would still be living free on their land that our founding fathers took from them. The Statue Of Liberty says:”Give us your poor, your tired, your huddled masses longing to be free…”
I think that means everybody.

This is not an apology. Nobody sincerely apologizes and then defends why they did the action they're apologizing for. I think William Carlos Williams was much better at apologies.

@ransom ellis I don't want to start a flameware, so I am NOT going to argue about healthcare, or even the blatant hypocrisy in this so-called apology.
The Senator called the legally elected President of the United States a Liar on National ( and therefore International) Television. It was the most blatant act of disrespect to the office by any public official and sets a dangerous precedent. A sitting Senator should have more self-control. Even if he was 100% correct ( which he wasn't) there is no excuse for his behavior and there are more effective forms of disagreement.
Besides, his ultimate goal was to become famous, so he could draw attention to himself, which he succeeded at. Hence the apology/plea for support and donations.

That was terrible! That has to be the thinnest, most unconvincing, most pathetic apology EVER! Resign. Resign, you douche. Not for your momentary lapse in self control which resulted in you crying out like a child. Not for continuing to lower the level of discourse in a pivotal moment of history at a time when the President was trying to raise it. But for this, this tacky, unprofessional abuse of the entire nation's attention; attention which was focused on you so that you could make amends for a fleeting moment of unprecedented disrespect, but was shamefully wasted in an attempt to self promote and to justify a callous, unprincipled attack on civil discourse. Resign.

Seriously, Obama demonstratively lied out his ass throughout the speech—including the whopper that his rationed medicine won't be given to illegals. Joe was just doing exactly what Obama said he would do—call out the liars. Wilson should be praised, and Obama should be run out of town for trying to undermine our Life and Liberty. ACORN is looking for some good defense attorneys—Barry should go back to his roots.

Joe, learn to read. Non-citizens will not get coverage. Money? Have a cookie instead. It'll keep your yapper busy.
