The University of Nebraska made seven-year-old Jack Hoffman's dreams come true on Saturday when he suited up and joined their football team on the field during the final play of their spring scrimmage game.
Jack, a huge Huskers fan, was diagnosed with brain cancer in April 2011. After undergoing two surgeries, he spent part of his two week break from a 60-week chemotherapy treatment to score the winning touchdown on a 4-and-1 drive. The entire University of Nebraska football team and over 60,000 screaming fans were there to cheer him along the entire way.
