As for the question about her belly button, it is as a result of a tummy tuck, the scar is visible in the last shot.

i'm sorry, but that lady is gonna get made fun of, and that's all there is to it. she has a fucking anus for a belly button, and she has a more masculine build than that guy pictured with her (except for the boobs, of course). the speckling of moles or freckles or whatever gives her a nice cookies 'n cream quality, though.
