It’s somewhat of a truism that Facebook has a “mobile problem,” even though half of its user base comes from mobile. (It’s an ad problem.) Zynga, on the other hand, has an actual mobile problem: Zynga’s users fell 16 percent to 141 million this past quarter, precisely because so many people are using mobile devices instead of desktops. And Zynga hasn’t figured out how to fix that yet.
