Microsoft's At Least Working On Building Its Own Phone

    Microsoft finally started building its own PC with the Surface. It already built its own living room device with the Xbox. The next logical step: A phone. The Wall Street Journal reports that Microsoft in fact "is testing a smartphone design but isn't sure if a product will go into mass production." It might not see the light of day, but I suspect a Microsoft-created phone will, eventually. You can't build half the widget.
