You’ve missed off ‘McArabia’ from Bahrain (I assume the rest of the Middle East has this too). A pita filled with chicken fillets and a tahini sauce, delicious (for McDonald’s). I saw this in the UK once and it was called a ‘McFlatbread with chicken and special sauce’ or some stuff because apparently we don’t want terrorist burgers.
