In this photo she had just woken up. I am convinced she is part human, because she is never more than a few feet away from me at all times, we meow back and forth to each other as if we're talking about our day, and she has to be picked up and carried around on my shoulder every single morning.
Sutter Brown, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, belonging to California Governor Jerry Brown, has a tough job at California's Capitol. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe this is the first dog to have his own page on the Governor's website (along with Facebook and Twitter accounts). Word on the street is that Sutter LOVES tummy rubs. But seriously though, who doesn't?
