There’s always the one church lady on the block who feels the need to give you a leaflet on why your one night of innocuous fun is really a freeway directly to hell. I took one, and shoved it in her bushes just so one less kid had have one.  Also, why aren’t Raisins on this list?

I agree with everything on that list except Candy Corn. Most people who love candy corn also hate the Pumpkins. Its a mystery.

- Fireballs
- Dubble Bubble But of course, the all-time score was miniature candy bars - Three Musketeers, Baby Ruth, Milky Way, Snickers, Kit Kat, Twix, Hershey’s Miniatures… so that’s what we always buy! AND, my dad always took us out late, so we got the handfuls of candy from people trying to get rid of it all. :-) Thanks for the memories!

Dude, I’d take an entire pillow-case full of Atomic Fireballs and Dubble Bubble any day.

Smarties, Necco Wafers and Fireballs are all acceptable. Even Circus Peanuts have fans as long as they are fresh. This list is missing ribbon candy, the dots on paper that you peel off (and always end up eating some of the paper), butter mints, and spare change.

I’m sorry, Fireballs and Jolly Ranchers are definitely the shit.

This is the only time of year that I eat Tootsie Rolls — I love ‘em. Kids hate ‘em so it works out great for me.
