Boys have two options to go to the bathroom in — a urinal OR a toilet — but instead of choosing either one of those, Justin Bieber decided to pee in a mop bucket in a restaurant kitchen.

And to make matters worse, for some reason he yelled "fuck Bill Clinton" while spraying generic windex on a photo of him. He should have at least said PRESIDENT Bill Clinton, my god where are his manners?
