The Crazy Kate Moss Video That Helped Pass The New Cali Paparazzi Law
Kate Moss is house hold name, we all pretty much grew up with her and hated her for being with our main man Johnny Depp. On Monday California passed a law fining $5,000 dollars to any paparazzi who gets in the way of a car or who breaks any traffic laws. During the court proceedings this video of Moss getting unbelievably hounded while with her daughter at the LAX airport was used as evidence.
