The one thing I've found from my experiences has been that most doctors won't do the exploratory surgery to investigate endometriosis (or any other invisible pelvic pain) until you've exhausted all other options. Which means thousands, if not tens of thousands in medical bills/debt…Â

I ended up having a hysterectomy 1 1/2 years ago for very similar reasons (c-section gone wrong causing massive scarring that bound all my pelvic organs together). This was after 6 years of debilitating pain, being confined to a wheelchair 90% of the time, having to quit every job…Â
